Remedial massage and nutrition with REPS. Also a mobility and rehabilitation specialist.&lt;br /&gt;I teach groups from beginners to advanced in Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and pilates all levels, including private and small goups in MS, Cancer and rehabilitation. Plus one to one in fitness and life style changes.
